Payment plans consist of monthly installments at a reasonable cost. These payments are due each month, regardless of when appointments are scheduled.

Automatic Bank Draft: Monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn on an agreed-upon date each month from your checking or savings account. Please provide us with a voided check or deposit slip at your first orthodontic appointment.
Automatic Credit Card Debit: Charge monthly payments to your credit card — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted. Please provide us with your card information at your first orthodontic appointment.
Cash Discount Option: Those who wish to make a full payment in advance of their initial banding appointment, approximately 30 days, will receive a significant discount offer.
Insurance: We accept and file most orthodontic insurance plans.
Chase Health Advance™: Smile Appeal Orthodontics has partnered with Chase Health Advance to provide flexible payment plans with low monthly payments and low interest.
